  sugrīveśaḥ kaṭiṃ pātu sakthinī hanumatprabhuḥ | ūrū raghūttamaḥ pātu rakṣaḥkulavināśakṛt

  May the lord of Sugrīv guard my waist and Hanumān's master my hips; may the best of the Raghus, destroyer of the demon-clans, guard my thighs.
