अद्वय = अ (निषेध) + द्वय (दो, द्वैत)

That which has no second — the non-dual Absolute. Closely related to अद्वैत (Advaita). Used as a name of Bhagwaan in the Vishnu Sahasranāma; the Vedāntic name for Brahman.
